Terms & Conditions

The following terms constitute an integral part of the agreement for the construction of a prefabricated house:

1. Validity of Offer

The financial offer is valid for a period of  days from the date of its issuance. After this period, the Contractor reserves the right to adjust prices of materials and labor.

2. Modifications to Plans or Works

Any change to plans, dimensions, materials, equipment, or technical specifications after signing must be made in writing and may result in additional cost and extension of the delivery time.

3. Delays Due to the Client

Delays in payments, lack of access to the plot, unprepared installation base, delays in approvals, or changes requested by the Client shall extend the delivery time accordingly, without liability for the Contractor.

4. Responsibility for Land / Plot

The Client bears sole responsibility for:

  • the legal status of the plot

  • the suitability of the ground

  • the structural adequacy of the foundation where required

  • access for heavy vehicles and cranes

Any additional work required due to unsuitable site conditions will be charged extra.

5. Transportation – Installation

  • suspend works

  • extend the delivery time

  • charge legal default interest

  • terminate the contract in case of serious breach

7. Ownership of Materials

Ownership of materials and construction remains with the Contractor until full payment of the total agreed price.

  • floods, earthquakes, fires, extreme weather conditions

  • normal wear and tear

  • third-party interventions without Contractor approval

  • insufficient maintenance

9. Project Acceptance

Upon completion of installation, an inspection is carried out and a delivery–acceptance protocol is signed. If the Client uses the property without reservation, it is deemed accepted.

10. Force Majeure

The Contractor is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to strikes, war, natural disasters, material shortages, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
